Featured Project: Green Bay Packaging
Green Bay Packaging began constructing a new mill in the summer of 2019. The project was going to require over 45,000 cubic yards of concrete, and we embraced the opportunity to work with them.
One challenge on the project was figuring out how to minimize traffic on the jobsite to ensure the pours were as safe as possible. We did pours at all times of the day, with many pours beginning at midnight or 1:00am.
For this project, we did large pours weekly, and small pours daily. This enabled us to keep the project going smoothly and safely while still maintaining efficiency. The job itself began in 2019 and will continue through 2020. The mill is scheduled to be finished in 2021.
